Fresh Herbs

Meet your farm hosts in person and sample in-season farm products. Take home teas, soaps, and cuttings. We have an excellent selection of grade A, culinary quality herbs harvested at their peak. Dried in the optimum conditions in our state of the art drying room, to preserve color, flavor and medicinal compounds.

Taste
Delicious syrups, from our tapped trees such as maple and walnut, or cane syrups like heirloom sorghum and old growth Japanese Knotweed while watching our antique sugar mill.
Participate
Help skim and cook the syrup, enjoy music on the front porch, have some yummy farm goodies from local farms in the holler and take home unique crafts from local vendors.
Experience
Pumpkin carving, spooky stories, favorite fall treats and more at our first annual Sorghum festival coming October 2024. Space is limited, so book your spot early.
